2016 Sauvignon Blanc
With only 50 cases produced, this is one of our most limited production wines. Whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented, the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc exudes aromas of delicious golden apple, Asian pear and honeysuckle. The wines vitality and weight co-exist seamlessly due to 10 weeks of bâtonnage. Flavors of lemon grass, green tea and honeydew melon integrate flawlessly through to a long lingering finish. All is intertwined by a bright vibrant vain of acidity that acts as the backbone for this well-rounded, texturally smooth wine. This wine is the perfect partner for that warm sunny day. Drink now.
