Prepare for take-off...
Take a seat and buckle-up to embark on a voyage of discovery. Your crew at our intimate, seminar-style setting will include the intrepid men and women winemakers, and owners who grow and craft these remarkable wines. The City College of San Francisco Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies program will create delights for your taste buds to savor during the sessions and at a walk-around Zinfandel reception following the seminar.

Added Bonus Session--Rare Zinfandel Tasting
Your exciting day will culminate in a "walk-about" tasting featuring winemakers and principals from these participating wineries, sampling a selection of Zinfandels not to be poured at the other Festival events. Think of it as having your very own, intimate version of the grand Saturday Tasting.

ZAP is offering two tasting sessions at Flights.
